These individuals tend to develop new fears based on unpredictable/predictable symptoms interfering with their daily function, community projecting their confusion and judgment onto them, being gaslighted by medical and/or holistic professionals, new challenges with work, environment, relationships, and so much more.

List your primary GOALS you desire to focus on during your time, such as health, money, relationships, overcoming a situation or trauma you’ve experienced, addiction… If you do not have a set goal starting out, that is okay just continue onto the next paragraph.

Next, think of things that you either say out loud frequently, things that you say to yourself, or excuses you make as to why you can’t have/do something, or things you think about if you had this thing… These can be both related or unrelated to your goals.

Then, go a layer BEYOND (refer to examples below).

  • What happens if I lose the weight…
    Then I will no longer feel safe in an unsafe world.
  • What happens when I finally heal and am healthy…
    I may lose all the support I’ve gained, no one will prioritize me, and/or others will expect more of me than I’m able to give.
  • What happens when I get that promotion at work…
    I have more responsibilities to manage and become busier and busier that I no longer have personal time to do the things I want to do outside of work

WHAT TO EXPECT in Bloomington IL

Each one on one session is 60 minutes, either in person or virtual.

I ask that the above questions are done prior to our session in order to optimize our time together. Together we will identify your core issues you’d like to work with based on your prior exploration. Then we will implement PSYCH-K® processes to rewire your subconscious beliefs, heal trauma, and set intentional, meaningful goal statements that align with your truest desires.
